Saturday MAY 11th 2024 !! Rain or Shine Starting at 8:00 A.M. SHARP at our spacious show grounds in Hudson, NY. Show grounds open at 6 a.m. for pre-view and registration. Your bidder numbers WILL be sent with your post card. You will NOT have to stand in line to pick up for card. If you are new to the auction, stop into the office for a number. Come to the office if you need to change your address. Or contact me through here or 518-821-1312 there will be a buyer's premium of only 6%. NOT to exceed $100! ATTENTION BIDDERS & COSIGNERS
1. If you are selling, items will be accepted for consignment at the grounds May 6th - May 11th, 2024, 8:00am to 5:00pm
2. TERMS OF AUCTION SALES: A 15 % commission will be charged on all sales. There will be a $2.00 charge on all
non-sale consignments. Minimum bid is $5.00. The maximum buy back will remain at or below $100.00. Cash, good U.S. Check,
or Credit Cards are accepted. HVOTPA reserves the right to refuse any item for auction.
3. NO SALE ITEMS: All no sale items MUST BE PICKED UP within 30 days. If
they are not picked up by this date, HVOTPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF THEM.

5. TIRES have become an increasing problem; we charge a $5 deposit for each tire.
TIRES MUST BE UNMOUNTED
Large tractor tires will have a deposit of $5.00 per ply. A deposit
refund will be made for each tire that sells and for unsold tires that the owner removes from the show grounds on or prior
to the 30-day deadline. Otherwise, HVOTPA keeps the deposit.

The consigner buyer deduction will STOP. Consigners must pay for any purchases the day of the auction, using cash, check or credit card.
A check for the amount of their sale items will be sent to them after the auction. This is to allow for faster transaction time.

- Compressed-gas tanks
- Propane, oxygen, or acetylene tanks
- Air conditioners
- Fuel-oil tanks
- Exercise equipment
- Skiing equipment
- Hot-water heaters
- Damaged gas cans
- Luggage
- Non-working weed-eaters
- Plastic furniture
- NO Stuffed Animals, whether old or new will NOT be accepted
- Vintage Toys Allowed but any other toys will NOT be accepted
- Fiberglass truck caps (aluminum ok)
- Fiberglass boats
- Modern bathroom fixtures (but antiques in good condition ok)
- Modern kitchen appliances—stoves, sinks, etc. (but antiques in good condition ok)
- Windows and screens (but windows in excellent condition ok)
- Refrigerated equipment of any type
- NO REFRIGERATORS
- Broken plastic containers (boxes, pails, cans, etc.)
- Office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.)
